  • Yes. Every photo you see on our website was captured by us while living by our mission of going there and doing that.

  • Statement Edition Art is printed through Printique. We are very pleased by the quality of their prints and have ordered examples to make sure the prints are up to the standard we want to provide to our customers.

    Signature Series Canvases are printed through Pictorem. The company offers exceptional, high quality prints in the 32”x48” size that we envisioned for the Signature Series Canvases. We have ordered canvases through them to display in art galleries, so we are very confident in the quality.

  • We create the designs for the stickers and magnets and order them through Vistaprint. We are very happy with the vivid colors and the integrity of designs that we have ordered.

    Our T-Shirts are processed through Printful. We ordered some for ourselves, so we know the design for the T-Shirt is exactly as intended.

  • Magnets & Stickers- You will receive your product in 1-2 weeks. It will most likely be one week if we have the inventory. If we have an influx of orders and need to restock, it will take up to 2 weeks to receive your product. If we do not reach out via email, expect your product within a week.

    T-Shirts- You will receive your product in about 10 days. Our vendor automatically ships and processes the orders upon your purchase. You will receive notification via email with estimated delivery dates and shipping information.

    Statement Edition Art- You can expect your product in 2-3 weeks depending on the type of product you order. For example, Regular Prints will have a shorter production time than Canvas Prints. You will receive notification via email with estimated delivery dates and shipping information.

    Signature Series Canvases- Your piece will arrive in 4-5 weeks. These prints are shipped to us first, so that we can authenticate the canvas for you and add a few special touches. You will receive updates about your order via email.

  • All order updates will be sent to the email you provide at checkout.

    You will receive a confirmation email upon your order. You have 2 days to cancel your order for a refund after your order has been confirmed.

    You will receive an update when your order has shipped that includes tracking information.

    You will also receive an email from us 2 weeks after your order has been fulfilled requesting a review. We appreciate the feedback and hope you can take the time to complete the short review process.

  • If you live in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), NO!! Shipping will be FREE!

    If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, you will be charged $7 for shipping for anything in the merchandise category. For Statement Edition Art and Signature Series Canvases, you will be charged $35.

    If you live in Canada, there will be a $7 shipping charge for items in the merchandise category. There will be a $100 shipping charge for Statement Edition Art and Signature Series Canvases.

  • Our business is based in Texas, so all of our fellow Texans will be charged the standard state, county, and city tax if applicable at checkout.

    If you are located outside of Texas, there will be no tax charged at check out as our sales are currently under the required Economic Nexus for other states.

  • You have 2 days from your purchase to request a cancellation of your order and receive a full refund. Once your order has been processed, we cannot issue a refund. You can request a refund by responding to your confirmation email, sending a message through the Contact Us page, or by emailing sales@gotheredothatllc.com.
