“A Present Moment” at Grand Canyon National Park
Seeing the world and its majesty creates patience. Patience can lead to luck. This photo was taken on the last leg of an incredible journey my wife and I took late December of 2021. We were cold and tired, but we wanted to wait until the Grand Canyon’s day was over to succumb to our exhaustion. Had we not been enjoying this moment together just staring into the majestic void on a ledge less traveled, being present with one of nature’s natural and ancient wonders; had we not stayed after everyone had packed their things and retreated, I would not have been able to capture this moment. I feel this piece more so inspires than I had inspiration in the moment of capturing it. I had no inspiration. It was merely “A Present Moment.”
